Kualifikasi Pelamar :

- WNI, wanita, belum menikah, memiliki penampilan dan kepribadian menarik (good looking & good personality), dan khusus CSO memiliki jiwa marketer.
- Mampu menerapkan totalitas pelayanan (service exellence), memiliki pengalaman dalam pelayanan sebagai Frontliner Officer lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dalam bahasa Mandarain, Hokkian, Khek & Tio Chiu menjadi nilai tambah
- Usia maksimal 25 tahun (belum berulang tahun ke-26 pada tanggal 1 September 2009)
– Pendidikan minimal SLTA/setingkat (nilai rata-rata ijazah minimal 7,00) untuk TL dan minimal D3 (semua jurusan, IPK minimal 2,75 skala 4) untuk CSO
– Berbadan sehat, tinggi badan minimal 155 cm, berat badan proporsional
– Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (minimal MS. Windows, Word dan Excel)
– Bersedia ditempatkan di Bank BTN seluruh Indonesia dan bersedia tidak menikah selama 2 tahun
– Tidak memiliki hubungan keluarga (ayah/ibu/anak/adik/kakak/kakak orang tua/adik orang tua/kemenakan/ipar) dengan pegawai Bank BTN

Penyampaian Lamaran :
1. Surat lamaran dibuat dan ditandatangani oleh Pelamar dengan melampirkan:
– Daftar Riwayat Hidup, Fotocopy KTP/identitas yang masih berlaku dan fotocopy akta kelahiran
